Who We Are

Freydoon is the founder and chairman of the Board with over forty years of experience in real estate investment, property development, manufacturing, private banking and an accomplished author. Freydoon spent fifteen years in the United States, his favorite country, plus seven years in Singapore and East Asia and now twenty years in Dubai and much of West Asia. A born entrepreneur with extensive knowledge and experience in corporate strategy, operations, technology, and equities management in major markets like New York, London, and Tokyo.

Alex is a born entrepreneur and high achiever heading our U.S operations. He previously spent 10 years at real estate private equity sector. At the time he was an Executive Director in a Private Wealth Management Group in Hong Kong and prior to this, Alex spent twelve years in operations, technology, and equities management in New York, London, and Tokyo. Alex is an accomplished Jet pilot and holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Fordham Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Fairfield University.

I am humbled and honored to share with you an inspiring chapter in the journey of Khoie Properties—a story of resilience, determination, and unwavering commitment to excellence.

In 2008, our company faced unprecedented challenges due to the global economic crisis and at the same time encountered major setbacks caused by certain corrupt elements. Despite enduring substantial losses and navigating lengthy legal battles, we refused to succumb to adversity. Instead, we channeled our energies into rebuilding and regaining the trust of our valued stakeholders.

Today, thanks to the the visionary leadership of Dubai rulers, I am thrilled to announce our triumphant comeback—a testament to the indomitable spirit of our team and the visionary ethos that defines Khoie Properties. We embark on a new chapter with the unveiling of our first 39 floors of luxury residential tower in Dubai Marina waterfront paradise. This milestone marks the beginning of a series of quality projects at design stage that will redefine excellence in real estate development.
